General Questions
Is there a minimum quantity that must be ordered?
No. Orders can be as small as just one item.
What if my order is urgent?
Please let us know if your order is urgent or is required for a specific date - we will do our best to accommodate it. Please contact us by emailing webstores@arrowmarketing.ca or submitting a request on the contact us form. Please included your Order # which is found on your Order Confirmation email.
Extra charges may apply to rush orders.
How do I redeem a gift card code?
Gift cards are applied during the Payment section of checkout process. You will see a box that says "Gift card or discount code", enter your unique gift card code there and then click the "Apply" button beside it. The balance of your gift card should be deducted from the purchase amount.
How do I get something that’s not on the eStore?
If you are wanting a larger quantity, or if you would like to see something added to the store please call, email us, or send a message through the contact us form.
Why am I able to see Company logo options on some products, and not on other products?
Due to the nature of custom branded merchandise, so products require bulk ordering. These products are pre-branded and are “in-stock”, so they are only available for purchase with the logo that is shown. Other products (mostly garments and bags) are able to be branded in small quantities, so we call these “Brand-on-Demand” products and you are able to order them with any logo.
What are Brand-on-Demand products?
Brand-on-demand products are produced after we receive your order. The lead time for brand on demand products is 3 to 4 weeks.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to ship out my order?
If you have ordered in-stock products only, your order will be shipped from our promotional merchandise provider in Cambridge ON in 24-48 hours.
If your order contains Brand-on-Demand products, we will ship your order once all products are ready and your order is complete, in 2 to 4 weeks.
What is the cost for delivery?
Currently the delivery fee for any order in Canada is a flat $10.
Can you ship to the USA?
Yes, we can. Please email us, or send a message through the contact us form, letting us know what products that you would like to purchase. Applicable shipping rates will be calculated and if you approve, then we can complete your order. The buyer is responsible for any duty and sales taxes that may be applied.
